Can we call in for help?

We're a small team trying to keep our prices low so we ask our clients to first utilize our chat widget. If a call is absolutely necessary we'll reach out to make that happen.

Can I add custom code?

Yes, there's a custom widget for that and a section in your website dashboard where you can add javascript code. Please see our chat widget for more information.
